Our parts and service operations are based in Bradford, Ontario -
where we provide our dealers with a highly responsive parts service.
Emergency Parts will normally be dispatched on the day they are ordered
(before cut off time).
Service support is delivered at dealer level by teams
of skilled engineers equipped with the latest diagnostic technology. We
provide extensive training for our dealers to ensure that farmers have
access to knowledgeable staff who know McCormick tractors inside out and are
qualified to offer the best advice and support.
And that's not all. Warranty protection beyond the standard two-year
period is available through McCormick Care, an extensive program that covers
major replacement parts up to an additional 3 years, providing a maximum of
5 year and 5,000 hours of optional protection.
